On the occasion of the pre packaged food industry being included in the central government's No.1 document, the comprehensive implementation of the "Hundred Counties, Thousand Towns, and Ten Thousand Villages High Quality Development Project", and the acceleration of the construction of a strong agricultural province, the first China International (Foshan) Pre packaged Food Industry Conference opened in Foshan on March 3, with the theme of "China's Pre packaged Food, Enjoying the World", exploring new paths for the development of pre packaged food. This conference is hosted by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Guangdong Province and the People's Government of Foshan City, and organized by the Guangdong Provincial Agricultural Foreign Economic and Farmers' Cooperation Promotion Center, Foshan Agriculture and Rural Bureau, and Shunde District People's Government of Foshan City.
Prefabricated dishes are a "kitchen revolution" and also an "agricultural revolution" that integrates the tertiary industry, which is of great significance for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization. At the opening ceremony, the organizing committee of the conference released six major phased achievements: the "2022 White Paper on the Development of China's Prefabricated Vegetable Industry" for industry reference, the first prefabricated vegetable book "Trillion Prefabricated Vegetables", the "Management Norms for the Recognition of China's Landmark Food Hometown" and "Management Norms for the Recognition of China's Landmark Food Products" regarding landmark cuisine, the "Foshan Eight Prefabricated Vegetable Group Standards" and "Taste seeking Shunde Certification System" regarding industry development, the "Top Ten Leading Technological Achievements of Guangdong's Prefabricated Vegetable Industry in 2023" for heavyweight scientific research strength, and the Hurun Prefabricated Vegetable Top 100 List as a benchmark for prefabricated vegetable trends.
At the opening ceremony, the awarding ceremony for the "Hometown of Chinese Aquatic Prefabricated Vegetables" and "Guangdong Prefabricated Vegetable Overseas Industry Alliance" was also held, and three major initiatives were launched, namely, the quality and safety of prefabricated vegetable food, the joint agricultural initiative, the academician initiative, and the media initiative. The China Standardization Collaborative Innovation Platform Rural Revitalization Special Committee, Guangdong Eel Association and other organizations, as well as representative enterprises, have launched initiatives on the quality and safety of pre packaged food and the linkage between agriculture and rural areas, effectively helping farmers increase their income and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization. Academician Wu Qingping proposed that we should make good use of the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese working people for five thousand years and seek the recognition of traditional culture among the Chinese people. Media representatives have issued an initiative to create a strong and high traffic publicity for the conference, so that pre made dishes can spread from Foshan and Shunde to the world.
This year's pre packaged food industry conference also held multiple pre packaged food themed forums, conducting in-depth discussions on topics such as technology transfer to improve industry efficiency, deep processing and cold chain logistics to reduce circulation costs, innovative packaging materials to solve warehousing and transportation problems, financial injection, food safety, and group overseas expansion. Solutions were sought to promote supply-demand integration and help solve pain points, bottlenecks, and focal points in the development of the pre packaged food industry. As a promoter and practitioner in China's pre packaged food industry, Natural Aquatic Products actively participates in it, striving to create a new highland for the development of pre packaged food in Guangdong and adding icing on the cake to the development of pre packaged food in Guangdong.
This conference will be held from the 3rd to the 5th at the Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center in Foshan, Guangdong, along with the 12th Guangdong Modern Agriculture Expo. The conference brings together representatives of pre packaged food enterprises from all over the country, uniting the entire industry chain from research and development to sales, exploring paths and providing demonstrations for the high-quality development of the pre packaged food industry. During the conference, there will be a professional exhibition covering the entire prefabricated food industry chain of 40000 square meters, live broadcasts of prefabricated food celebrities and experts, RCEP cross-border e-commerce live broadcasts, and the Top 10 Cantonese style prefabricated food competition. In addition, there will be a prefabricated food metaverse area and eight major cuisine tasting areas for visitors to visit and taste, allowing Guangdong cuisine to spread throughout the country and China's food culture to the world through prefabricated food.
